How do you suggest I get started with the BSC? What data should I collect before launching the process? Who do I need to get involved, and when? What should I be careful about when getting started? I guess this is more than one question, but I wanted to know some best practices on initiating the process. asked Apr 06 '10 at 22:29 Arkady Ozeman |
Paul Niven has a good book on the Balanced Scorecard that walks you step-by-step through the process. (http://www.amazon.com/Balanced-Scorecard-Step-Step-Performance/dp/0471078727) It's almost as if it's based off a training course. There's also a BSC for Dummies book, although I haven't read that one yet. answered Aug 18 '10 at 19:14 Dylan ♦♦ |
