Has the Balanced Scorecard been used in a university library setting? Or any other library setting?

I know the Balanced Scorecard has been used by Johns Hopkins Libraries as well as a number of other libraries affiliated with the Association of Research Libraries (ARL). Here's a link to an article that ARL published on the BSC:

While this article is a little dated, I know that ARL did refresh their Balanced Scorecard program within the last year or so (they're an Ascendant client).

University of Virginia and others have a BSC also. UVA has been particularly vocal in talking about their BSC program. I know that have been refreshing it recently, but there is some public information available about their efforts.
