I founded and lead HandScribe, a strategy execution software and consulting firm. HandScribe's core product is Watershed, The Strategy Execution Service. Watershed subscriptions include a team of consultants who operate the software and work with managers individually to monitor strategy, analyze processes, and make data driven decisions.

I am a board certified clinical engineer with years of experience in performance management and quality systems. I have designed performance measurement systems utilized by the United States Centers for Medicare Medicaid Services (CMS) to evaluate all participating hospitals throughout the United States.

I have management consulting experience in the financial, healthcare and government sectors.
