What's the best way to make sure feedback from the entire organization (on strategy performance) is fed back into the scorecard? It's especially important, in my opinion, to keep the people on the front line engaged. asked Apr 09 '10 at 12:11 Dylan ♦♦ |
Communication is critical. The owners of the strategy must take it to the field or the front line staff. They must constantly communicate (the strategy map is a good vehicle for this). Communication channels are important. Lunches, brochures, presentations, and webinars are all good mechanisms. It is important for leaders to be good listeners as well. Getting feedback and letting people know that you are listening is critical to this process. answered Jul 13 '10 at 14:48 Ted Jackson |
I wonder if anyone is using social media to get feedback on their scorecard. Imagine the capabilities to have comments from your staff or volunteers on a published scorecard either on the internet or intranet depending on the nature of your scorecard.
